My complaint:
My bank account was put into closing after I received my funds for my from my company’s tax return from the irs. They’ve frozen my account now for over a month and I still haven’t been able to speak to anyone about any information regarding my account. I feel robbed this is almost unbelievable. I’m helpless and they don’t even care to try and help out
Suggested solution:
Reopen my account or issues me a check
