My complaint:
Sofi sold my crypto investment without my consent. Theye claims I haven’t been active in the account but that was not true. I have actually been active reviewing my crypto investment with Sofi. They ignore but went ahead to sell my investment. This is a fraudulent charge.
Suggested solution:
Restore my crypto they sold in my account.
