My complaint:

I’ve made various requests to the bank to not touch or change anything on my account without my permission first, I spoke to them yesterday about the potential fraudulent charge, and made clear instructions for them not to freeze it when I called him today the first gentleman said that they don’t keep track then they can’t provide any information then they’re gonna freeze my money. They don’t know where my moneys at. Don’t know where it’s going they will not fix it. There’s nobody to talk to. There’s no supervisor there’s nothing they can do about my money, and, basically they’re holding it hostage and I’m not OK with that at all. It’s just not a matter of them freezing my account. It’s a matter of them not having the right information not be able to fix it not be able to correct it not be able to have any information on it all of the above they don’t just got to take my money without providing me any explanation for it and no alternative solution.

Suggested solution:

At this point because they didn’t give me any information! and I need the money now not tomorrow nothing next day they can pay they can reimburse me for every dollar I have to spend that is going to occur charges for every penalty that I receive and for every dollar amount that I have to pay additional for not having access to my money.
