My complaint:
11-September I slipped and fell straight back onto the floor. A customer had spilled a large container of yogurt on the floor. I reported it to the Store Manager who took my name and phone number and said I’d get a call back. To date I have not received a call. This is unacceptable and disappointing.
Suggested solution:
I should receive a courtesy call and thoughtful compensation. My clothes were covered in yoghurt and I was hirt.
