My complaint:
I really like the store and never have a complaint. I have been buying Butter crust bread for quite sometime now and therefore paying more because the bread has body.
When you toast it does not taste like paper like the cheaper loaves. Well the butter crust I bought on Dec. 17 with best before date of Dec 21 is very similar to-the cheaper loaves . I think it really is the cheaper loaves formula . Eve the shape of the loaf is not the same as it usually is. More like the cheaper loaf. I know it was not mislabelled because there is a very very thin taste of butter on the crust. Usually it is sticky tothe finger. Maybe this seems like a waste of time compliant but I am a retired Home Economics teacher and I am a sharp consumer and I do not like being fooled.
Maybe the bakery has limited staff. Maybe someone thought mo one would notice. I guess I will find another type if bread now. After so many good months of enjoying this bread, I will not bother with it .

Check into the bakery supplier to this store.
