Sobeys complaint: unhelpful vs under-trained employee

My complaint:

August 29, 2022
Today, my mother and I went to west Brantford Sobeys for our bi-weekly trip. We purchase between 300-400 $ worth of groceries per visit. The cashier we had, who we have had before, offered to bag our groceries, I happily accepted because its a rare thing these days, and said once i unload the cart i would assist her. She started to place a few items randomly in three different bags, and then stopped, proceeded to push items down the slide, or not push them at all, and then immediately asks for the points card as we are scrambling to pack and sort all our groceries. We are long time loyal customers, and would just appreciate a friendly face and a helpful hand to help speed the process and make our experience less stressful and rushed.
