My complaint:
I was chatting on snapchat, logged out randomly, and was ‘temporarily banned’. Can’t login on any account on my phone anymore. Only on WEB snap or another phone. The customer service ‘cant provide information’ and won’t answer anymore.
I don’t know the reason why… and don’t know how long it will last… come on…
Suggested solution:
Answer, tell my the REASON and tell me how LONG it will last...
