My complaint:
I made a account on snapchat without using any phone number and email address. Someone just changed the password of my account. And now I can’t get access of my account. I have even emailed the snapchat team but they are not replying me back. This is a hacking case.
Suggested solution:
Either they send me a password reset link or permanently delete that account.
