My complaint:
I haven’t use my snap in the pass year so last month I decided to log in when I login in I got a message saying my account has been permanently blocked. So I made an appeal and no one has gotten back with me. When I ask for help on Snapchat support a person name king told me he is not gonna discuss nothing else about my case so of course I was pissed off. So now snap is block from my device plus I can’t contact friends from middle that i wanted to talk to and communicate with which I haven’t in years.
Suggested solution:
I would like for them to help me try to get my account open so I can get in contact with long time friends. I would really appreciate it.
