My complaint:
I tried to log into my account about a month ago, I got a notification saying “Due to repeated failed attempts or other unusual activity, your access to Snapchat is temporarily disabled”, Snapchat got back to me with a password reset, I tried to follow this and got the same notification after resetting, I contacted Snapchat again and they advised “ We understand your frustration and we’re sorry for the trouble. We’ve looked into all of the available information, and unfortunately we’re unable to provide any further assistance.
We won’t be corresponding any further to this conversation, and apologize for any disappointment this may cause.”
They haven’t even provided any information as to why, just a vague we have checked Information
Suggested solution:
Allow my device to be able to access the app as I haven’t done anything wrong.
