My complaint:
Hi
Please can you help my Snapchat account has been deleted and I have received a device ban.
To my knowledge I have not of breached any of the terms and conditions.
I have reached out to Snapchat support on a number of occasions to ask the reason for the ban but have not been given any information or assistance.
Suggested solution:
Device ban lifted and account reinstated/ able to create new account
