My complaint:
I obviously had my Snapchat compromised and instead of contacting me they permanently lock me out. It took years to get that many followers and all my contacts info some are only on Snapchat. It’s impossible that I knowingly broke any guidelines and for them to do this and they don’t even allow u to set up another account makes me not trust this platform and no or gets back to u to help. I am really upset and you would think they would have better protocols. The only thing I can think of I did right before was share a promo code discount for a store not sure if that’s not allowed! I was suppose to meet a friend who only has Snapchat now they will think I blocked them. Snapchat needs to fix this
Suggested solution:
Reinstate my account not assume I broke rules when my account could of been compromised and reevaluate their protocols on their guidelines
