My complaint:
On Thursday 1282021 my daughter had an appointment at 830 am. I waited in car for an hour, finally I went into see what was going on and they had replaced wires and fixed brackets on my daughter braces and I noticed a scratch on her face left lower cheek and I asked what happened and at first we thought her kitten scratch her but I kept looking at it and it didn’t look like kitten scratch. I took a picture of it to prove it’s there .
Suggested solution:
They didn’t say anything about it but they definitely need to be more careful. I was not happy about it but I understand it happened
