My complaint:
I called Smile Doctors several times to make appointment to remove my daughter braces. They were supposed to be removed in August here it is December they still on. The office says I owe $600 told them I can make arrangement on account they says they can’t I have to bring account current. I will pay to remove the braces they saying they can’t make appointment. My daughter is 14 years old who penalized a child because of money. This is insane and ridiculous I will never sign another contract with this company.
Suggested solution:
I want my daughter braces removed immediately.
