My complaint:
Dr. Williams had to straighten my left top tooth in 2016. After one year, the braces came off but she had pulled the right tooth over too far and left it crooked. She said to give it a while, if it didn’t go back she would put the braces back on . The right tooth did not straighten out, so I went to my dentist (Dr. Cheek) and he took x-rays to show her it was still crooked. After some problems she put the braces back on and pulled the top left teeth outward. Every time I would see her I tried to tell her my bite was off with no reply. She left Dublin and a couple of the doctors tried to fix the cross bite. Then Dr. Jones came and just kept telling me I came in with it like that. I could not take anymore of this. I had them take the braces off in March 2020 and ask for my money back. I have not heard a thing. I have never had an experience so bad and stressful in my life.
Suggested solution:
I want my money back to get my teeth fixed.
