My complaint:
During my 17 year old daughter’s visit, Dr. *** felt it was ok to tell my daughter that her mother didn’t care about her because my daughter presented with a tooth requiring immediate dental care. The other insensitive and insulting comments that Dr. ***communicated to my daughter (loud enough for other patrons to hear), left my daughter in tears.
Suggested solution:
Dr. *** requires immediate training regarding the appropriate manner and tone to use when communicating e customers that she is servicing.
Additionally, I would like for Dr. **** to receive social media recognition so that she understands, this behavior is unacceptable.
