My complaint:

Apparently the Chalmette clinic is closed for a while and they rescheduled my appointment to Slidell without notifying me. We can not make it to Slidell that day and time so I started calling a month ago when I noticed it was changed and messaging on the app. The scheduling call center just kept telling me they will try to call them, they never answer so they told me they would call me when they heard from them. I never got a call back after calling each time. The person on the app said they would get the clinical director to call me twice because they could only schedule discomfort appointments but I never got a call. I called pissed off today because the appointment is in 2 days now so I asked to speak to a supervisor. The person on the line connected me directly to the clinical director. The clinical director was rude and laughed when I was explaining my frustration. She was explaining that they had a lot of cancelations so she’s not sure she can accommodate. Like look it’s not my problem yall fucked up! She put me on hold and came back with 1 available appointment. She never apologized but kept making excuses that were not my problem which pissed me off more but at least I finally got an appointment we can make it to. Appointment was rescheduled but I feel something should be done for the lack of professionalism for the whole issue and the huge communication issues with this clinic.
