My complaint:
Dear SirMa’am:
In this letter, I express my frustration with the service I have received from Sleep number customer service. They have not been able to resolve my issue despite several attempts. Having moved in September, my old mattress cover was very dirty, so I contacted customer service in October in order to have it replaced. I received a new cover, however, it was different from my old one. The new cover did not come with magnetic, and the old magnetic did not fit the new cover. I contacted customer service again for magnetic to fit the new cover. I haven’t slept on my bed since moving into my new place, so I need to get the magnetic back in working order. The replacement part number has not been answered and I have taken every step to investigate this matter without success. Please see attachments.
