My complaint:
I had a horrible time getting ahold of the Sleep Number contractor that handles Adjustable Base issues. After ~10 call attempts, including requests to call back (and no one called back), and ~4 hours of my time, I finally reached the contractor, Legacy and Platt, which charged me $56.76 for parts and shipping that were damaged because of faulty Sleep Number installation (as concluded by the Sleep Number crew that disassembled by bed because I am changing flooring). Sleep Number Customer Service informed me that Sleep Number would pay for the parts and I would have to pay for shipping, but the Legacy and Platt agent was not aware of that. I am extremely frustrated with the collective Customer Service situation.
Suggested solution:
I should be reimbursed the $56.76 for the parts and shipping and I should not have to pay Sleep Number to reassemble my bed once the new flooring is installed.
