My complaint:
I bought my sleep number bed in Dec 2022 and I have had to call them out to fix the air chamber at least 4 times. I bought the bed because I was having back problems from my old bed so I figured I would buy a more quality mattress this time thinking it would be worth the money to invest in a better quality mattress. I was wrong about the sleep number bed. All those commercials and celebrities saying how good this beds are. They all lied , it’s a cheap over rated air mattress over priced with a lot of bad issues. Bottom line is they should be held accountable for these lies they put out there. All I want is my money back because my back feels worse than it did I am forced to lay in my son’s mattress which cost less than a tenth of what I paid for my bed. I am so disappointed and financially can not afford another bed.
Suggested solution:
Give me my money back prorated of course so I can buy another bed.
