My complaint:
My wife and bought a sleep number mattress and during our purchase we were told that we have a 100 day trial , however the sales associate did not mention to us that the base ( $4,000 ) was non returnable. From day one the foot warmer on the mattress did not work and the mattress would lose air occasionally and i had to adjust the setting and would lose air again over a few days. We returned the mattress and while a credit was given to us for the mattress they refused to back the base. I told them I was never informed the base was non returnable, now I am stuck with a $4,000 base that will only work with a remote control which is on back order. I spoke with Nisha on 112922 at 8:06 p.m and she told me she has not idea when they will be in stock. This is totally unacceptable and has me considering legal action.
