My complaint:
I received some funds in Skrill and I wanted to withdraw the funds.
When I attempted to verify my account, they closed my account permanently.
There was no email or not any notification about it.
When I attempted to contact them, they told me
that during a recent audit which seems to have happened overnight, they found reasonable grounds to discontinue my account.
Suggested solution:
I would like to have my account back and active.
If that cannot be resolved, I would like to be refunded by Skrill and the all the information they have about me, to be deleted.
