My complaint:

Hello ! I live in italy and i open an account in skrill. I had 40K euros in my skrill account. One day they closed my account and say that they want documents from me and will refund my money. I understand this and i send selfie with my id, selfie with a paper where write the date, and utility bill. After 1 day they said that they want another proof of address and i send my bank statement. After this they said that not passed security , so i send another utility bill. After 3 days they said ” Thank you for contacting the Skrill VIP Team.

The decision taken by Skrill is to discontinue our business relationship due to a violation of the TC. Please keep in mind that the decision is final and irreversible. In addition, please note that no further submissions will be reviewed for your refund request as you have not succeeded in providing the necessary documentation several times.

After this i ask another offical email from them becouse my lawyer needed this to open case at trial, and they send so easy. Look ”Thank you for the conversation and for your understanding in this matter.

I can that at this stage we cannot grant a refund of your balance of EUR 39 888.61. ”

And i can send whatever they want but they dont want anymore documents for me, and this is making me crazy. I hope only my lawyer will do something !
