My complaint:
I have withdrawn money from skrill to my bank account on 23rd august. It showed my transaction has been processed but the money didn’t reach my account. Yet they cut the fee from my account! I have withdrawn money in this bank account previously and it was successful before. Why hadn’t they sent my money yet they cut the transaction fees?
Suggested solution:
They should successfully transfer the money to my bank account and give back the extra fee they cut off from my account.
