Skrill complaint: Suspended card

My complaint:

Hello, i am begging you again to solve this problem. Skrill suspended my card because of unknown transaction. I wrote e-mail to skrill support that i NEED skrill card because i have money there with which me and my son are paying for gas, groceries.. Living.
U said it will take some time and i will be notified. After telling this to other people they said u should be more specific how long it will take to fix the problem and un-suspend my card, which you didnt.

Suggested solution:

I need skrill to un-suspend my card, so i can spend money that i have on it,
and again use card with no problems.
Please!
