My complaint:

I had my account with Skrill and my account was fully verified. I reported unauthorized transactions then I was told to submit documents to prove my identity I took a picture of myself holding my ID front and back then got an email saying verification fail they said that I didn’t look like the picture of my ID that I had short hair and on ID my hair was long Ridiculous right !! I been so frustrated because I don’t have any way of contacting them because they don’t have a phone number to contact them directly and getting a hold of support through email they don’t really give answers I have email them to give me a number to call them but all my attempts have fail I got an email saying your account has escalated for further investigation?? I have email them about getting my balance through a check mail to me but haven’t heard back for about 2months now not sure what else to do or what steps to take about getting my money back and an explanation about my account been permanently close!!

Suggested solution:

They should return my money back from the fraudulent transactions I did not make and issue me a check with my funds and of course a letter explaining why they made this action on my account. I don’t wish to reopen my account with them because they are careless and they don’t support you when it comes to protection your account from fraud I just want my money back!!
