My complaint:
I contacted Skrill and asked them if I could make a withdrawal from Leo Vegas (an online casino) to Skrill and they told me that ‘if our bank is listed on the merchant’s options, then go ahead’. I made the withdrawal on 12.01.2022 to their Fidor Bank account DE26700222000020482877 and the payment was made from the casino within an hour. Now, they are refusing to book my money, even though I am a verified member. The sum is 167€ and my Skrill ID is: 157657929 Thank you!
Suggested solution:
Book my money on my Skrill account or at least return back the payment in order to make the withdrawal with another provider.
