My complaint:
It’s been almost a month. Skrill restricted my account and has not allowed me to withdraw my funds after many requests.
Their customer service is so slow. First they said its because of holidays. They are coming up with different excuses every time.
I used Skrill for trading. Now I am unable to use my funds in trading account either as I put my Skrill account as my primary.
This is very frustrating. I’d they want to restrict account they should allow customer to withdraw existing funds. They have no right to my money.
Suggested solution:
They should allow me to withdraw my fund's and my investment.
