My complaint:

My name is Deborah, i added money from my Aspiration bank debit card into my Skrill balance successfully, but i keep getting an error messages each time i try to send money, Skrill to Skrill P2P,always says Insufficient funds, You have insufficient funds in your account Try again. please resolve this my email is debbyextra44@gmail.com

One money has been charged from a bank card, make it available for use as it slows people businesses.
