My complaint:
I heard about Skrill and believed that it was a genuine company. I placed over €1000 into my Skrill account. Most of the money was scammed from my account by an unknown account. I only have about €136 left in the account . I have been emailing Skrill nearly everyday since November and they have been refusing to help me. I sent them multiple bank statements and my passport over email and then have no closed my account for breaching terms and conditions despite the fact that I have been unable to access my account since November. I have complied with what they told me yet the did not resolve my problem and instead illegally closed my account.
Suggested solution:
All I have been asking for since November is a refund and the ability to withdraw the money in the account and then close my account.
