My complaint:
My withdrawal hasn’t been arrived in two months. And when I asked they said they are experiencing problems with the Turkish banks and suggested me to send the money to another skrill user. I asked my cousin to open a skrill account. He did but before his account is verified skrill took the money from my account and did not transferred it to my cousin’s account. They verified his account later. When my cousin asked where the money is, they said transfers are instant. And the money is lost. I began to think that they are stealing money from people.
I’m keeping all the mails they have sent.
In case they do not solve this issue asap, I’ll start a social media campaign against them and contact with my lawyers.
Suggested solution:
They have to find where my funds are and transfer to the skrill account I have given them.
