Skrill complaint: Locked for using my own account

My complaint:

I added money from one of my accounts that i have used before. They didnt lock it then. But this last time i used it to add money they decided to lock my account for some reason. Iv submitted all documents that they requested and still havent got it unlocked. Iv called everyday this week and get the same answer. They will escalate it to their dept and will get a notification through email. Iv been fighting over a week to get them to unfreeze my account and still nothing has happended.

Suggested solution:

by unlocking my account so that i can use my funds i added from my own account.

does your issue got resolved, they are doing the same to me. Please guide me as well.
