Skrill complaint: account permanently closed

My complaint:

i create new account 27-jan-2023 and my account closed 31-jan-2023 suddenly inform me my account closed permanently without any reason then i construct with skill support they tell me i am violate rules and they are details me Regrettably, during a recent audit of your Skrill account, we found reasonable grounds to discontinue our business relationship. Therefore, your account has been closed. Please note that this decision is final.

false at last tell me skrill support team they decision is final decision my wallet have $1.06 amount and they are show fee 1.06
