My complaint:

I got 500 euro transfers to my account the minute it hit my account I got an email to verify my account. I sent all my information and the next day Got an email to say they needed a different utility bill. So sent more information. Waited all day to have my account verified and withdraw my money. That evening I went on to a gaming site and during my play I got an email to say my account was verified. A few minutes later I decided to deposit more money on the gaming site I tried to deposit through skrill and it went straight to deposit through my card I though strange as I had the 500 euro. So finished up playing and went to my skrill acc and say zero balance. There was a transaction money sent to an email address. Straight away I tried to contact skrill on numerous platforms including their own site. I didnt hear anything back for over 7 hours and all they told me was to open a new email account. I contacted them a few times over the next day but they were not a bit helpful. So next day they sent an email ito say my account was permanently closed and they hoped I understood. I told I was not happy and wanted to make a complaint I have i also made a complaint to the the financial obudsman. I have heard nothing for two weeks. One of their customers stole my money and I’m just being ignored
