My complaint:

I transferred $51.21 USD into my skrill account, and tried to make an online payment. Because I had deposited via MasterCard, I was unable to make online payments without any warning, which is the whole reason put money in the account in the first place.
As I tried transferring back to my bank account, I was then charged a fee $6.61 USD, and now I am unable to make the purchase of which I was originally intending to do with the money.
I find it extremely wrong that I was charged that fee, when I was unable to even use the money I had deposited into my skrill to start with.

Suggested solution:

I believe they should waver the fee and return the whole amount that I deposited to start with.
