My complaint:
Skrill has restricted my balance and made it impossible to access my balance. I have wrote several email to them, called them and messaged them on social medias. Yet, the issue has not been resolved. I have sent all the documents that I have with me for verification yet they did not give me access. I have funds in the account, which I want back.
Suggested solution:
I want to close my account and collect my funds back.
