My complaint:
I met a person on FB that have a fuel tank for my 1986 Yamaha FJ1200 and we strt talking about how to pay and have it shipped to US. The guy (Juan Burton)said he lived in London, UK and then told me the price with shipping to be L$ 165.00 or U$195.00. I asked how to send the money and suggest Paypal because I used it before, but when I tried it don’t went thru. He suggest use Skrill so I have to open an account just to do this transfer. I sent the money on Mar 17, 2023 and another U$64 for an windshield sent thru Cash App on Mar 22, 2023. After I sent he keeping asking another L$25.00 for customs fees that I don’t sent because I start noticing something fishy… Few days after on Mar 19,2023 my Skrill account was restricted. I tried to call with no avail. I have to change my password in order to login and then I send a message complaining I maybe was a victim of a scam, but they just said my account was closed (see email below from Mar 21,2023)

So, now I need to sue them in order to try to retrieve my money and know the reasons why.
