Good day, I am Diana Kotsynska, a citizen of Ukraine, I live in the Kiev region in the city of Irpin on the street Vygovskogo 1 u .
Your support service blocked my account because my registration address is located in the territory occupied by Russia. I want to appeal this decision because it harms me, a citizen of Ukraine.
I ask that as many people from Skrill as possible familiarize themselves with my problem, because if you don’t correct your mistake and unblock my account, I will spread this information to all social networks.

You should unblock my Skrill account and give me instructions to verify my current whereabouts, given that my home where I am registered was literally destroyed by the Russians and I am now living in rented accommodation in Ukrainian controlled territory
