Skrill complaint: Unable to verify because my account is locked

My complaint:

I reopened my Skrill account on Thursday I made a deposit of £100 and was immediately told I would have to verify my account. I did my best to provide the documents they asked for and then my account was locked. I then got loads of messages stating that my account was verified but then was told I would have to wait 2448 why the relevant department looked at my documents. I was then told there was information missing, so I uploaded them by email only to be told they could not be accepted and would have to do it on the dashboard and upload the necessary under verification which I explained I can’t do because my account is locked and there is no way I can do it. Many emails later they have stopped corresponding with me. I either want them to give me another chance to upload my documents and get verified so I can use their facility or give me a refund and close my account permanently.

Suggested solution:

Either unlock my account so I can upload the documents they deem necessary for verification or refund my £100 and close my account permanently I would prefer the former
