My complaint:
I need to access my skrill account and I can’t access my email that is connected to my account. I tried calling but their system loops calls so you can’t get customer service without a caller ID. I was able to get a agent on chat, and she was asking me questions that I couldn’t answer off the top of my head because I haven’t been locked out of my account for more than a year! I was looking up the last 4 digits of a card I had connected to skrill, and the agent disconnected the chat because I didn’t have the answer off the top of my head.
I was Able to access the info so I could answer both of the questions she was asking, but now I can’t call skrill, and I’m locked out of chat because she locked me out for taking too long. She said they emailed the email on file, and that exactly what I’m having problems with. It’s really frustrating

Be patient and let me get the info they're asking for so I can verify my odentity
