My complaint:
I made a payment on the 6th of August and the money has not arrived at the recipient I opened a ticket on skrill and got a reply that this was being escalated but it’s been 20 days since then but I have not received any feedback I tried calling the UK number but it is also not active.
Suggested solution:
I would like to know where the money is and why it is taking this long to clear atleast some feedback would be appreciated. Skrill Help – Ticket Response (23900089) this is the ticket number
