My complaint:

Approximately a month and half ago I had trouble to withdraw the money from my skrill account.
After I traveled to Russia, I tried to use it here but it’s restricted area, after I return to dubai I wanted to continue to use it but skrill has been restricted my account that I can’t even check and log in and there is money inside.
When I tried to call I can’t reach them, the line is busy, when I email them also I got only automatic response that they will answer asap.
Still no news from the skrill and I don’t know how can I solve it

Suggested solution:

They should unlocked my skrill account for me to be able to continue to use it again.
