My complaint:
I have been with skrill for a while and had no problems but yesterday I tried to withdrawal money from atm and it declined and my account was restricted and left me in a bad state as I couldn’t pay for my stuff
Now u are looking for photo Id which is fine and I sent that but I am still waiting for my account to open
Why would u restrict accounts like that u should give notice before u restrict the account and if proper documents aren’t sent then restrict the money in the account is mine I am not very happy and there is no way of contacting anyone
Suggested solution:
The accounts should be open as quick as possible once documents are received
