My complaint:
Skechers Has Lost A Loyal Customer. I Would Always come to This location. My Wife And I. We Were Always Greeted By A specific Employee. She Stood out for 2 Reasons. 1 Her Impeccable smile And personality. 2 She Was MINORITY So She Stood Out. 2 She Was Just phenomenal. Best Customer Service you could Ask for. Recently We’ve been In hadn’t saw her the last few times. Rumor has it She Was Being Harrassed By Upper management. After coming forward to HR,CORPORATE And Higher Management Seems they Retaliated Against her And Gotten rid of her. Everything that Made light of has been Swept Under A Rug. Sad to see the Young lady NO longer works there. She Was A Ray Of light. We Enjoyed Seeing her Everytime we Would come in.
Suggested solution:
They Need To Clean House At This location.Specifically Management! It's Such A shame the Young lady let them win. Ppl All Around knew of what was happening there. I've Even been in to talk to other employees there. You Just don't get that kinda Customer Satisfaction The Young lady Gave Us. She was So Radiant . Skechers Will never get a dime of our money Ever Again. We had been loyal Customers Since Early 90s
