My complaint:
SIXT Employee, Darlene, of Pacific Islander Descent, Closing Person on August 10,2023 at 1130 pm, was being very Unprofessional and Hostile toward the Building Security. She was recording the Guard with her Cellphone asking his name while recording him but not answering him when he asked for her name and covered her name tag trying to not let him see. When the Guard got her name she became irate and yelled her Supervisor will hear about this. The Guard informed her the Building Management will hear about this. She stormed away mad. The Guard was taking pictures of a SIXT Car that was blocking the Fire Exit that has clear signs saying No Parking Fire Exit and The workers in the SIXT Booth to show they are still there. As a Customer I would never expect a Lady worker to conduct herself with such an Unprofessional Manner. If Ms. Darlene Posts any of her Video it will show how Hostile she was being to the Guard.
Suggested solution:
An Apology from the Corporate Office since the People on Site are too Unprofessional.
