My complaint:
Sixt claims I burnt the clutch and charged me a damage compensation. I dispute that it was my fault, the car started burning and producing smoke within 4 minutes of driving and I have 8 years of no claim insurance record on my personal car with manual gear box.
Suggested solution:
They should refund the damage compensation fee, one day rental fee and the insurance fee which they claimed at point of sales covers any issues with a car.
