Sixt complaint: Unauthorised money taken from my bank account

My complaint:

Money was taken from my bank account today, which I know nothing about. I have spoken to your customer services, a person called Robert. He was supposed to call me back within one hour, and never did.I had to call you back again. I was told that you have refunded my money yesterday at 4-10 pm. My bank has no sight of this transaction. When I called you again, I was told that it will take 5-10 working days for me to get my money back. That is not acceptable. I have had no explanation as to why you have done this. I have spent all morning dealing with this. You have caused me stress, money and time.

Suggested solution:

I want my money back as a matter of urgency. I want a full explanation as to why this has happened. I also want compensated for what you have caused, and an apology.
