My complaint:
Dear Sixt Officer
I made a booking for a car rental in Paris on 11th July 2022 through Economy Cars Rentals (ref: EC5D5145). I paid 139.50 Euros and it was clearly mentioned in their email that this amount should be taken off from the full invoice. I did mention this to Sixt office at Paris Charles de Gaulle airport where I collected and returned the car. I paid the full invoice without taking off the 139 Euros.
I sent a few email to Economy Cars Rentals company and Sixt (through Charlotte Bonardi) but without any answer.
Suggested solution:
Refund of the booking fees of 139.5 Euros
