My complaint:
Booked a 5 seater full sedan Toyota Quest 1.8L from Sixt via Economy Booking No. B65003182. Sixt res. nr 9931345410. Chose Sixt due to trust and previous experiences. Forced to accept an underpowered inferior Nissan Almera 1.5L (4 seater as shown in First’s system) from First Car Rental.
The tyres were worn out. Forced to travel in a small car cramped by 4 adults and 1 infant with car seat for a week. Extremely frustrated angered with arrogant customer service. No concerns for customers’ safety. First is damaging the brand reputation of Sixt. Also bad experience in Johannesburg. I have plenty issues to raise.
Suggested solution:
Should have given the right car booked. They have the mens rea and actus rea to deceit, short change and cheat customers. Customers\' safety must be first priority. Due respect must be given to customers and their rights.
