My complaint:

I was charged 2x for a subscription renewal – March 12 by eCheck and Mrch 13 by debit card. I called Customer Service on 0316 and was promised a refund! Been chasing since! No CS message response. I received one via email that states at the footer the case was closed as subscriber is unreachable. How? When? I have had 3 incident auto response. First stated checking and in the same email states Closed. Second and third are just auto responses and NOTHING.
No phone service. Gave me credit! Why? Why keep my money for 6 months?! I need a refund NOW especially during these times. So very unhappy. I’ve been a subscriber for nearly 6 years.
